These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by rage and The Rage House (referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "The Rage House"), including but not limited to Axe Throwing, Airsoft Shooting, Rage Room, Karaoke, Interactive Darts, Pool, Beer Pong, Bottomless Drinks, and Bottomless Brunches. By booking and participating in activities at The Rage House, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or at our venue.

  • Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by The Rage House.

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least [Number] hours/days prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

 

2. Age Restrictions:

3. Safety and Conduct:

4. Rage Room Specific Conditions:

  • Participants in the Rage Room must wear provided safety equipment, including eye protection, gloves, and protective clothing.

  • Only items provided by The Rage House are permitted to be used in the Rage Room.

  • Participants must follow all instructions given by the staff regarding the safe use of provided items.

 

5. Axe Throwing and Airsoft Specific Conditions:

  • Participants will receive safety training before participating in Axe Throwing and Airsoft.

  • Participants must adhere to all safety rules and instructions provided by our instructors.

  • Protective equipment must be worn at all times during these activities.

 

6. Bottomless Drinks and Brunches:

  • Bottomless drinks are subject to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

  • Bottomless brunch durations are limited to the time specified at the time of booking.

  • Specific terms and conditions may apply to Bottomless Brunches, such as minimum group sizes or specific menu items.

 

7. Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rage House, its employees, and agents will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by our negligence.

  • Participants participate in activities at their own risk.

 

8. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on our website and at our venue, including logos, trademarks, and images, is the property of The Rage House and may not be used without our prior written consent.

 

9. Photography and Videography:

  • We may take photographs and videos of participants for promotional purposes. By participating in our activities, you consent to this unless you inform us otherwise.

  • You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, but commercial use is prohibited without our prior written consent.

 

10. Data Protection:

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

 

11. Amendments:
