Cancellation Policy

Age Requirement: Participants must be 12 years or older to participate in Axe-Throwing and Rage Room activities. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Refunds: All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Health & Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff. Certain health conditions (e.g., heart problems, pregnancy, severe injuries) may prevent safe participation. Participants should consult with staff if unsure. Proper attire and closed-toe shoes are required. Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that activities such as Axe-Throwing and the Rage Room involve inherent risks, including physical injury. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities. Personal Belongings: The Rage House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Valuable items should be secured or left at home. Behavior: Participants must act responsibly and follow all rules and instructions. Staff reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful manner, without refund. Photography & Media: By participating, you consent to The Rage House using photos or videos taken during your visit for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
