Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking Required: All karaoke room sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Capacity: Maximum of 13 guests per booking. Only one group can book the room at a time. Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final bill. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for check-in and setup. Late Arrivals: Sessions start and end at the booked time. Late arrivals may result in reduced singing time. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We operate a strict no-refund policy. Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will forfeit the deposit and session fee. Food & Drink: Outside food and drink are not permitted. Food and beverages are available to order from our menu. Age Restrictions: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult after 8pm. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests behaving inappropriately or causing damage.
